Dry Needling
Dry needling is a widely used treatment for muscle, ligament, or tendon pain. By targeting affected areas, dry needling helps to reduce muscle tightness, increase blood flow, and alleviate pain. Many patients experience immediate relief following the procedure. During treatment, the needles are inserted into the muscle and typically remain in place for anywhere from 10 seconds to 20 minutes, depending on the specific needs of the patient.
