Rolfing Evergreen Colorado

Lindsey Watson

Rolfer

Lindsey's passion is helping fellow humans feel better in their body, live a more pain free life, and return to the wisdom of their mind-body connection.

Lindsey grew up playing sports and always had an active lifestyle. This helped her find creative release through movement. Lindsey graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO, the first Rolfing/ Structural Integration school. Rolfing came into her life after realizing she wanted to cultivate deeper connections with others through service, by helping them discover their innate ability to heal themselves. Rolfing can help nurture this awareness through a holistic approach that focuses on the whole body, it's all connected. Lindsey's goal is to help her clients keep feeling great, physically and emotionally, so they can keep doing the things they love.
