DR. NICHOLE GEARY
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Nichole Geary received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and English from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2011. Following graduation she went on to pursue dance professionally and teach yoga, which ultimately led to a greater understanding and desire to learn more about the body. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northeast College of Health Sciences in 2020. She is a licensed Chiropractic Acupuncturist, having received needling education from McMaster University, Evidence in Motion (EIM), and American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT). In addition, she has engaged in courses through Functional Neurology Seminars (FNS), which offers a deeper look into the central circuitry that guides our sensations, movement, and perceptions.
Dr. Geary uses a whole-body approach to treatment, acknowledging the body as an interconnected network of systems. By identifying pain patterns and functional limitations she strives to implement treatment specific to the patient using a variety of approaches. She makes informed decisions based on patient presentation, evidence-based guidance, and clinical experience. Whether the goal is to be a proficient triathlete or to be able to get into and out of bed without pain, she works to find the treatment that most suits the needs of the patients.
